PAYMENT
Unless otherwise set forth payment can be made using one of the following options:
1.Online by credit card. (All major credit cards accepted)
Jewelrybiz2biz.com reserves the right to determine whether first time customers are eligible for credit card payment option for our wholesale jewelry.
2. Bank transfer
Please contact us through our wholesale jewelry form for our account information if this payment method is preferred.
DELIVERY
Items which are in stock and which consist of at least 75% of your entire order will be shipped immediately.
If the items in stock does not consist of 75% of the entire order then they will be held until the back orders are ready
and then shipped together. Products that are marked " To Manufacture" need to be ordered from our contracted suppliers, we do
not hold inventory stock for those models, hence the delivery lead time is approximately 5 weeks. Please note
that delivery times can only be estimated and not guaranteed.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All our wholesale jewelry goods are shipped by either USPS or UPS and the shipping charges are automatically calculated by our online system before you
confirm your order.
PRICES, TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices listed on this website do not include VAT, TAXES OR DUTIES .
Buyers from Illinois with valid resale permit will not be charged will not be charged with sales tax. Illinois resale permit is not
required to buy from Jewelrybiz2biz but a 6.25% sale tax will be charged on purchases.
Buyers from outside the United States Of America will not be charged any Vat or Taxes but may have to pay them when the goods
arrive in their country.
We strongly recommend that buyers to get information about taxes, duties and restrictions in their destination country
before making a purchase, as we will not accept any responsibility or charges regarding these matters.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied you may return the mechandise without explanation. Please contact us within
7 days after receipt of merchandise. We do not accept any claims after this period of time.
Please contact us using this form in advance stating which merchandise
will be returned. We will issue you with a RMA number which you can then include in your return to ensure proper
return procedure.
We do not accept any returned packages without a RMA number issued by us.
All returned items are the customers responsibility. We strongly recommend using a registered method with insurance.
Jewelrybiz2biz will not accept any responsibility for damages or loss of package.
Items have to be returned in its original packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for all the shipping and handling charges of the returned merchandise.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of merchandise
Return shipments with COD will not be accepted
